How our Consultation, Design and Installation Service Works
Text Box: 1) Don’t be afraid to Dream ! Look around you at landscaping you like. Look at what’s growing in your neighborhood and how people are using their property doing things they enjoy. Also look in magazines, scenes in movies, books, public gardens and parks; keep an open mind and be creative!! If you can’t find something you like, call us and we will do our best to direct you to what you have in mind. Text Box: 2) Making the Call ! If you are thinking about landscaping at your home or business, the first step is to call or e-mail us and explain what you have in mind. We will tell you if what you want is practical and give you a general understanding of what the work might cost. If you would like to discuss your ideas further, then we should make an appointment to meet you on site. Text Box: 3) Looking at the Site ! Usually it’s wise for an estimator to visit your site to discuss your ideas, answer your questions and explain how work would progress. There is no cost for this consultation. Looking at the area with you, the estimator will also be better able to explain how your ideas can be accomplished, how they can fit comfortably into overall plans for your home or business, and how good landscaping will make your property more useful for you and more beautiful for everyone. Text Box: 4) Making a Plan ! If you are happy with your consultation with our estimator, we will typically measure the area and prepare a plan for the work with a written cost estimate. Often this includes a simple diagram showing where work will be done, defining patios, placing plants, showing sod limits, etc.. Depending on the size and complexity of the plan, there may be a charge for preparing the diagram and estimate. Text Box: 5) Starting the Work ! With a plan that fulfills your ideas and a cost estimate that is within your means, we just need the go ahead from you to put your job on our schedule and begin the work. Our season is short and busy, but our crews are skilled and work hard. We will get to your job as soon as we can and we clean up afterward to your satisfaction! Text Box: Other Questions ? We do jobs both large and small and are used to working with other building contractors and architects in completing the work. With most jobs, we require a signed contract and deposit.
